1. All Cemeteries open daily sunrise to sunset.
2. Cemetery lot is 4' x 8* and a family can purchase two (2) lots plus one lot each per dependent children living at home.
3. The Grantee shall provide to the Board of Township Trustees in writing a list of the names and addresses of the persons to whom the Grantee's property would pass by intestate succession.
4. The Grantee shall notify the Board in writing of anysubsequent change in the name or address of any persons to whom property would descend.
5. Any person who receives a township cemetery lot by gift, inheritance, or any other means other than the original conveyance, shall within one year after receiving such interest, give written notice of his name and address to the Board having control of the cemetery; and shall notify the Board of any subsequent changes in his name or address.
6. Deeds of unwanted lots may be surrendered to the Township Clerk for their original purchase price and then may be resold by the Township.
7. When purchasing a Cemetery lot, cash down payment is required at the date of purchase. This rule subject to Trustee's discretion.
8. Flower beds are permitted but shall be limited to an area of18 inches of the grave directly in front of the headstone.
9. No glass vases permitted.
10. The burial of animals in Township Cemeteries is prohibited.
11. No trees permitted but dwarf shrubs are permitted.
12. Vaults must be made of concrete or steel.
13. One lot can be used for one burial and one cremation or two cremations.
14. In cases of husband and wife burials, husband will be buried in right hand grave of a double lot grave unless specified
15. If any tree, shrub, or any other vegetation standing on any lot, shall, by means of it’s root, branches or otherwise, become unsightly, detrimental or inconvenient to adjacent lots or avenues: or if for any other reason, its removal shall be deemed necessary or desirable, it shall be the duty of trustees to cause the same to be removed, or such part thereof, as in their judgment may seen best.
